Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping across the continental U.S. and local delivery within select areas near Tracy, CA. Delivery times and fees vary depending on your location and item size.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing usually takes 2–5 business days, and shipping takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method. Larger items like furniture may take longer due to freight handling.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery status in real-time.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re here to help. If your item arrives damaged, please email kevonafinleym@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Custom or clearance items are non-returnable.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After that, processing begins and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to make an adjustment
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
