Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time and will be noted on the product page.
Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time. Shipping times may vary depending on the product size, delivery location, and shipping method selected.

3. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on select items or during promotional periods. These offers will be clearly marked on the product page.
4. Local Delivery (Tracy, CA Area)
For customers located near our store in Tracy, California, we may offer local delivery options for faster and more flexible service. Local delivery availability will appear at checkout if your address qualifies.
5. Delivery Guidelines

Furniture Deliveries: Most furniture is delivered curbside or to your doorstep. For in-home setup or white glove delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order (additional fees may apply).

Delivery Appointments: Large furniture orders may require scheduled delivery. The carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the order upon delivery.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the continental United States only. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or incomplete:
