Returns & Refunds

At Anandhi’s Art, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to love every piece you bring into your home. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made or special-order furniture

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper assembly


2. How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, a brief reason for the return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns (e.g., changed mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping costs if the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery and approved.

For large furniture items, return shipping may involve freight carriers. Fees will vary based on size and location.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or product defect.


5. Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when you contact us. We’ll do our best to facilitate a smooth replacement, depending on product availability.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damage and packaging

  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the situation

We may request that the damaged item be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this window, cancellations may not be possible.
